ILCA Rig Bag – Mast, Boom & Sail Protection by RIPPER
A full-length protective bag designed for the upper and lower mast sections, boom and rolled sail used with ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7.
The RIPPER ILCA Rig Bag is built around the way sailors actually transport and store their rig. Its padded 3-layer construction separates and protects the individual components against impacts, road vibration, scratches and friction during repeated transport.
The bag is made from 1680D polyester with a PU coating and WR finish, selected for demanding use, abrasion resistance and exposure to wet conditions. We use clear material specifications instead of invented fabric names. Specification before slogans.
A full-length detachable zipper allows the bag to open completely flat, making packing faster and reducing unnecessary contact between the mast sections, boom and sail.
The integrated Air System helps release trapped moisture and water from inside the bag, while practical carrying handles make transport easier between the boat park, car, trailer and regatta venue.
RIPPER products are designed, cut, sewn and finished in Poland under direct supervision. The ILCA Rig Bag is built as part of a complete protection system for sailors who expect their equipment to survive real transport and repeated use.
