ILCA Bottom Cover – Hull Protection by RIPPER
Designed for ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7, the RIPPER Bottom Cover protects the hull during transport, storage and repeated everyday handling.
Built from 1680D polyester with a PU coating and WR finish, the cover is designed to protect the hull against abrasion, road dirt, moisture and the mechanical wear that comes with regular transport. The material is selected by technical specification for demanding sailing use. Specification before slogans.
An integrated elastic shock cord around the perimeter helps the cover fit closely around the hull and makes installation fast and practical.
The cover is secured by three adjustable webbing straps with quick-release buckles. Once tensioned, they keep the cover firmly positioned against the hull during transport and reduce unnecessary movement of the material.
The shape is tailored specifically for the ILCA hull, providing full protection from bow to stern without unnecessary excess material.
RIPPER products are designed, cut, sewn and finished in Poland under direct supervision. Many of the technical components used in our production, including webbing and buckles, are sourced from Polish manufacturing partners.
