Finn Centerboard Bag – 3-Layer Padded Protection by RIPPER
Designed for the safe storage and transport of the Finn centerboard when removed from the boat.
The bag uses a 3-layer sandwich construction: PU WR polyester on the outside, 3 mm protective foam in the centre and PU WR polyester on the inside. Using durable fabric on both sides gives the centerboard a practical protective barrier during repeated loading, transport and storage.
The foam layer cushions the centerboard and helps protect its edges and surface against impacts, scratches and contact with other equipment.
A wide hook-and-loop closure allows fast packing without a zip running close to the edge of the centerboard.
The integrated Air System helps trapped water and moisture escape from inside the bag after sailing, while reinforced carrying handles with rubberized grips make the centerboard easier to carry around the boat park and during travel.
Materials are selected according to the protection they need to provide, not according to invented marketing names. Specification before slogans.
RIPPER products are designed, cut, sewn and finished in Poland under direct supervision.
