Optimist – Fundas y protección para vela by RIPPER

Protección desarrollada para la navegación en Optimist, pensada para entrenamientos, regatas, transporte, almacenamiento y uso diario frecuente.

RIPPER diseña y fabrica fundas superiores, fundas inferiores acolchadas, bolsas para aparejo, cinchas de banda y la conocida Combo Bag para timón y orza. Cada producto está desarrollado teniendo en cuenta la forma real en la que los regatistas Optimist utilizan, transportan y guardan su material.

Algunas fundas y bolsas RIPPER para Optimist están fabricadas en poliéster 1680D con recubrimiento de PU y acabado WR repelente al agua, seleccionado para transporte exigente, manipulación frecuente, abrasión y condiciones húmedas. La construcción reforzada, los sistemas de fijación prácticos y los materiales seleccionados según sus especificaciones técnicas forman parte del estándar RIPPER. Primero las especificaciones, después los eslóganes.

Nuestra gama de protección para Optimist está pensada como un sistema completo: desde la protección diaria de la cubierta y la protección acolchada del casco hasta el almacenamiento del aparejo y la protección específica del timón y la orza.

Los productos RIPPER se diseñan, cortan, cosen y terminan en Polonia bajo supervisión directa. Muchos de los componentes técnicos utilizados en nuestra producción, incluidas cintas estructurales, hebillas, hilos, cordones elásticos y cabos, también se fabrican en Polonia.

WHAT PROTECTION SYSTEM SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR AN OPTIMIST?
For everyday protection, an Optimist top cover protects the deck from UV, rain, dirt and exposure to the elements. During transport, an Optimist bottom cover protects the hull against scratches, impacts and damage caused by repeated handling and road travel. Rig bags and rudder & daggerboard bags complete the protection system for the equipment that travels with the boat.
WHY DOES RIPPER USE 1680D POLYESTER WITH PU WR?
Selected RIPPER Optimist covers and bags use durable 1680D polyester with a PU coating and WR finish. The specification is chosen for intensive use, transport, repeated handling, abrasion and wet conditions. The PU coating increases the protective properties of the fabric, while the WR finish helps reduce water absorption at the outer surface. Specification before slogans.

We engineer it around the way Optimist boats are actually used: training, regattas, travel between events, repeated packing and frequent handling of the boat and equipment. WHERE ARE RIPPER OPTIMIST COVERS AND BAGS MADE?
RIPPER products are designed, cut, sewn and finished in Poland under direct supervision. We also use Polish-made technical components, including load-bearing webbing, buckles, threads, elastic cords and ropes. No anonymous production chain — direct control from the first cut to the finished product.
